HOW DOES IT WORK?

An adapted plan is direct, for a period of time, which is usually a competition but could be also a preseason plan or a swimming boost.

You can join it anytime, reading carefully the specs of starting and finishing days. The plans are for a training group, reason why it’s not customized to your work or family, but athletes are allowed to move sessions during the week fo fit them better to your agenda. In a custom plan, the coach does everything for you.

ADAPTATIONS

It’s important to filter the first match with the plan: if you’re a top triathlete or making the first steps in this amazing world, probably a customized plan will suit better in your case. 80% of people get used to this type of plans, because of the great relation price/quality.

References: delivered with HR notes or RPE (feeling grades 1-10), which makes it easy to follow. Besides, we remind you the possibility of getting in touch with the coach.

Note that adapted plans don’t include power or pacing references.
