2. Baseline & testing Swim, bike, and run thresholds. Physiological profile. A deep dive into your data and race history to find out where you really stand.
3. Your season Periodized around your A race. Base, build, peak, race — delivered through TrainingPeaks and refined with WKO5.
4. Continuous adjustment Every session is reviewed. The plan evolves with your data, your recovery, and your life.
5. Race day, dialed in Pacing modeled in Best Bike Split. Race-day nutrition plan. Mental and tactical preparation. Followed by a post-race debrief that feeds your next build.
