The reward at the top of the biggest climb in this collection. The sanctuary sits high above the Garrotxa and the bar beside it is the only thing open for a long way in any direction, which on route 13 makes it less a coffee stop than an insurance policy.
Treat it as a maybe rather than a plan, and carry food either way.
